Sooo i finally joined the gym again and it has been good so far... One thing i can get myself to do is swim... for some reason its easier to me than running :) so today i did a mile which felt amazing ive been an athlete all my life and stopped for the past couple years and i think my body is LOVING the endorphins... I love that feeling afterward of accomplishment and strength! but other than that just enjoying SLO town's gorgeous weather! Me and Trevor have been hiking more behind our house too!
